INR Monitoring for Warfarin Anticoagulation<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can book an appointment with our Nurse at Kwinana GP for an \u201cINR\u201d test.<\/p>\n

The INR result is available immediately on a finger prick test much like blood glucose testing for diabetes management.<\/p>\n

At the same visit the INR reading is checked by your own doctor or the duty doctor and advice is given about the ongoing warfarin dosage and the date of your next test.<\/p>\n
